Group Effort Foundation provides warm and welcoming residential treatment facilities for adolescent males — three facilities in Tennessee and one in Kentucky.
While the typical stay is for four to six months, residents occasionally remain for up to two years depending on circumstances. Founded in 2005, the company is accredited by The Council of Accreditation (COA).
The home-like facilities complement the staff’s efforts to create a family-like feeling of acceptance, inclusion and comfort.
